Imagine a three-song acoustic set, a few stories or questions, then a hosted meet-and-greet with photos. We bring the venue and work with your representatives on the experience, timing and guest flow around your Richmond visit.

Performance infrastructure
A permanent gallery stage, house PA, Allen & Heath digital console, Shure microphones and lighting provide a starting point for a focused acoustic setup. Our team coordinates production needs with yours, including an engineer by advance arrangement.
Room for the artist
A separate green room, rear access to the mezzanine, and a kitchen and speakeasy bar give the visit space beyond the performance. Hospitality and arrival arrangements are planned with your tour team.
A hosted fan experience
We coordinate entry, guest groups, the photo-booth setup and the transition from the set to the meet-and-greet. Dedicated areas support merchandise and a personal, organized guest experience.
Planned around your stop
We work with management on timing, guest numbers, production and artist-approved photography and announcements. The experience is developed alongside your existing Richmond commitments.

Fans gather for the acoustic performance in the main gallery, close to the music and surrounded by art.
Meet the artist.
The artist moves through the rear of the building to the half-floor mezzanine. Hosted groups follow for their personal interaction and photo.
Keep the evening moving.
Guests continue through the second floor toward the front and down a separate staircase, remaining indoors until their departure.
Our team confirms the final route, staffing, accessible arrangements and guest count with your representatives.
